Return & Exchange Policy

At KANSARA, all purchases are non-refundable to maintain product integrity, hygiene, and brand trust.

We offer a one-time exchange only in case of:

•Damaged product

•Wrong item delivered

•Manufacturing defect

Conditions:

•Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

•Product must be unused and in original packaging

•Unboxing proof like video and photography images while unboxing the package is mandatory

Note:

•No exchanges for fragrance preference or used products

•Only one exchange per order is allowed
